If you’re looking for that perfect blend of elegant, garden romance and luxury clubhouse vibes — The Club at Mediterra checks all the boxes. Tucked away in North Naples, this private country club feels like stepping into a Mediterranean villa (without leaving Florida). It's upscale, quiet, and so photogenic.
As a Naples wedding photographer, I always get excited when I see this venue on a couple’s list. The grounds? Absolutely stunning. Think lush greenery, romantic arches, winding paths, and golden light filtering through palm trees. It’s a photographer’s playground — which means your photos are going to be next-level gorgeous.
Romantic Garden Vibes Meet Mediterranean Luxury at The Club at Mediterra
The Club at Mediterra is one of those venues where I genuinely never run out of places to put you. From the bougainvillea-draped walls to the grand columns framed by palm trees, the Mediterranean landscape, the Tuscan gardens tucked behind the fountain — it feels less like a country club in Naples and more like a villa in the Italian countryside. Every corner photographs beautifully.
Cocktail hour here is something special. The outdoor terrace keeps everything flowing naturally — guests are relaxed, the light is golden, and some of my favorite candid moments of the entire day happen right there while you're not even thinking about photos.
Everything is on-site, which means no rushing between locations, no logistics headaches, and a wedding day that actually feels calm. The staff and coordination team at Mediterra are incredible to work alongside — when your vendor team is this good, it shows in every frame.
Late afternoon golden hour at Mediterra is something else. I'm always chasing it around the property — the way it hits the columns and wraps through the gardens is what dreams are made of.
The Tuscan fountain gardens tucked on the property. Most couples don't know to ask for it but we're always going there and making sure we have time in the timeline for it.

Most Mediterra weddings are well covered with 8 to 9 hours of coverage. This allows for getting ready photos at the venue, full ceremony and cocktail hour coverage, and reception through first dances — with time built in for golden hour portraits. If you're planning a grand exit, I'd recommend adding an hour.

Based between Naples, Florida and Chicago, I know the golden hour light on Marco Island as well as I know the rooftop skylines of the West Loop.
After 15 years and 400+ weddings, I've learned that the best images don't come from posing people — they come from making them forget the camera is there . My goal is always the same ... that you look back at these photos and feel everything all over again.
